Woolworths White Condiment is produced using mature grown white grape varieties. This delicate and fragrant sweet and sour condiment is obtained in the area of Modena by slow reduction and fermentation of the grape must, following the best local tradition. It is ideal as a dressing, base, sauce or marinade. Sweeter and lighter in flavour than darker Balsamic Vinegar of Modena varieties, it is ideal with fish, chicken, vegetables and salad.

Ingredients:
Wine Vinegar, Concentrated Grape Must, Balsamic Vinegar of Modena "Aceto Balsamico di Modena IGP" (Wine Vinegar, Concentrated Grape Must), Antioxidant (224 (Sulphites)).
