These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to purchases made from Australia Health Warehouse Pte. Ltd. (“Australia Health Warehouse”, “we”, “us” or “our”) through our website, in-store showroom, and any other purchasing channels operated by us.
By placing an order or making a purchase with us, you agree to these Terms, together with our applicable Terms & Conditions, Return & Refund Policy, Privacy Policy, and other policies referenced on our website.
1. Purchasing From Us
We offer health, personal care, skincare, food, grocery and other consumer products through our website and physical showroom.
You must provide accurate and complete information when placing an order or making a purchase. This includes your name, contact details, delivery address and payment information where applicable.
We reserve the right to refuse, limit or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where there are suspected errors, fraudulent activity, unusual purchasing activity, or limitations on product availability.
2. Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, images, ingredients, specifications, availability and other information displayed on our website are accurate and up to date.
However, product packaging, labelling, ingredients, formulations and product information may change from time to time. The product received may therefore differ slightly from images or information displayed online.
Customers should refer to the product packaging and labelling for the most current information, particularly where this relates to ingredients, allergens, usage instructions, warnings or other product-specific information.

3. Product Availability

All prices displayed on our website and at our showroom are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) unless otherwise stated.
Prices may change from time to time without prior notice.
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that pricing information is accurate. However, if a pricing or typographical error occurs, we reserve the right to correct the error and, where applicable, cancel an order affected by the incorrect price. Where an order has been affected by a pricing error, we will contact the customer where reasonably practicable and provide the applicable refund for any cancelled order or item.
5. Orders and Order Acceptance
Submitting an order through our website constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products.
An order is not considered accepted until we have confirmed the order and/or processed the applicable payment.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order at our discretion where permitted, including where:
- a product is unavailable;
- there is an error in the product description or price;
- there is suspected fraudulent or unauthorised activity;
- an order exceeds applicable quantity limits; or
- we are unable to fulfil the order for operational reasons.

6. Payment
We accept the payment methods made available at checkout or at our showroom.
For online purchases, payment must be successfully completed before an order can be processed unless another payment arrangement has been expressly agreed with us.
We may carry out payment verification and security checks before processing an order.
If payment cannot be successfully verified or completed, we may place the order on hold or cancel it.
Our available payment methods and payment processing arrangements may change from time to time.
7. Delivery and Collection
Delivery is available only to locations and addresses supported by our delivery service at the time of purchase.
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address and ensuring that someone is available to receive the order where required.
Delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including courier delays, adverse weather, public holidays, operational disruptions or other unforeseen circumstances.
For orders that are available for collection, customers are responsible for collecting their orders within any applicable collection period communicated by us.
8. Returns, Refunds and Exchanges
Returns, refunds, exchanges and eligible order cancellations are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.
Our Return & Refund Policy applies to purchases made online, in-store and through our pickup service, subject to the eligibility requirements set out in that policy.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit any rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable Singapore law.
9. Promotions, Discounts and Vouchers
Promotions, discounts, vouchers, promotional codes and special offers are subject to the terms specified for each promotion.
Unless otherwise stated:
- promotional offers cannot be exchanged for cash;
- promotions cannot be combined with other offers;
- promotional codes must be used within the stated validity period;
- discounts apply only to eligible products or orders; and
- promotional offers are subject to product availability.
We reserve the right to amend or withdraw a promotion where permitted, including where an error has occurred in the promotion or its terms.
Where a promotion includes a free gift, the gift is subject to availability and any conditions specified for the promotion.
10. Loyalty, Membership and Customer Accounts
Where we offer customer accounts, memberships, loyalty programmes or similar services, additional terms may apply.
Customers are responsible for keeping their account information and login details secure and for notifying us if they believe their account has been accessed without authorisation.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts where there is suspected misuse, fraudulent activity, abuse of promotions or violation of these Terms.
11. Website and Third-Party Services
Our website may contain links to third-party websites, platforms, payment providers, delivery services or other external services.
We are not responsible for the content, availability, security, privacy practices or operation of third-party websites or services.

To the extent permitted by law, Australia Health Warehouse will not be responsible for losses arising from circumstances outside our reasonable control, including website interruptions, third-party service failures, delivery delays or other unforeseen operational disruptions.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law.

16. Consumer Rights
Nothing in these Terms, our Terms & Conditions, or our Return & Refund Policy is intended to remove, restrict or replace any rights or protections you may have under applicable Singapore laws.
Where applicable, statutory consumer rights continue to apply to purchases made from us.

We collect, use and process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
By using our website or purchasing from us, you acknowledge that your personal information may be collected and processed for purposes connected with providing our products and services, processing orders and payments, delivery, customer service and other purposes described in our Privacy Policy.
