Ingredients:
Water, Tomato Puree (Water, Tomato Paste), Sugar, Vegetables (12%) (Onion, Red Capsicum, Green Capsicum, Carrot), Vinegar, Pineapple (4%), Thickeners (1422, Xanthan Gum), Salt, Acidity Regulator (Citric Acid), Natural Flavour, Natural Colour (Paprika Oleoresins).

Directions:
Ideal for stir frying chicken, beef, pork, tofu, or vegetables: add the sauce toward the end of cooking so it coats the ingredients evenly and thickens slightly.

Cooking Instructions: 3 Simple Steps:

1. Cut 500g of lean chicken breast (or your favourite lean meat or even tofu!). 
2. Stir-fry meat in a non-stick pan until brown. 
3. Add entire contents of jar and stir-fry until ingredients are cooked and sauce is hot. Serve with rice.

Contraindications and cautions:

• Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
• Once opened, empty contents into an airtight container, refrigerate at 1°C -5°C and use within 7 days. 
• Not suitable to freeze.
