Patak's Rogan Josh Curry Sauce is a rich, medium-spiced Indian-style simmer sauce made with tomatoes, onions, paprika and a carefully balanced blend of aromatic spices. Inspired by the classic Kashmiri Rogan Josh curry, it delivers a deep, warming flavour with a fragrant finish, making it easy to prepare an authentic-tasting meal at home.

Ingredients:
Water, Tomatoes (18%), Modified Maize Starch (1422), Ground Spices (2%) [Fennel (1%), Paprika (0.7%), Spices, Cumin (0.2%), Cardamom (0.1%), Cloves (<0.1%)], Vegetable Oil, Concentrated Tomato Puree (2%), Sugar, Dried Onion (2%), Garlic Puree, Ginger Puree, Salt, Acidity Regulators (Acetic Acid, Citric Acid), Colour (Paprika Oleoresin), Dried Coriander Leaves.

Directions:
Simply brown your choice of lamb, beef, chicken or vegetables, add the sauce and simmer until cooked through for a delicious curry in around 20 minutes.
Serve with Basmati Rice, Naan Bread or Pappadums.
