Nature’s Way Ultimate Omega 3X contains Omega-3 that is equivalent to the strength of 3000mg of regular fish oil capsules*. Fish oil contains essential Omega-3 fatty acids, which are important as the body cannot produce them and therefore they can only be obtained from the diet or through supplementation. Nature’s Way Ultimate Omega 3X contains premium quality Omega-3 fatty acids, EPA and DHA in purified fish oil sourced from 100% wild-caught ocean fish and is free from any fishy odour with great lemon taste.

Directions:
Adults:

• Take 1 soft capsule per day.
• Pierce or squeeze into food if you have swallowing concerns.
• Swallow with a glass of water.

Contraindications and cautions:

• If the capsule is too large for you to swallow, we recommend piercing the capsule and mixing the oil into yogurt, smoothies or a teaspoon of honey for easier administration.
• Each capsule is encapsulated in a bovine (beef) gelatine and is NOT suitable for Vegans and Vegetarians.
• Store below 25 ̊C in a cool, dry place and away from direct sunlight.
• Do not use if tamper evident seal is broken or missing.
• Contains fish products, soya bean products and sulfites.
