Heinz Classic Winter Vegetable Soup is a hearty, ready-to-heat canned soup made with a wholesome blend of winter vegetables, including potatoes, pumpkin, carrots, onion, swede, leek and spinach, combined with red lentils for added flavour and texture. Crafted to deliver comforting homemade taste, this soup contains 1 serve of vegetables per 265g serve, is 99% fat free, and is made with no added colours or flavours. Simply heat on the stovetop or in the microwave for a quick, nourishing lunch or dinner, and enjoy on its own or with fresh bread and cracked black pepper

Ingredients:
Water, Vegetables (36%) (Potatoes, Carrots, Pumpkin, Onion, Swede, Leek, Spinach), Red Lentils (2.4%), Maize Thickener (1422), Cream (Milk), Salt, Sugar, Garlic Paste, Curry Powder, Yeast Extract (Barley), Spice.
Contains: Milk, Gluten. May Contain: Wheat, Lupin, Soy.

Directions:
Microwave Oven: (1000w): Shake well before opening. Pour contents into a suitable microwave bowl and cover. Heat on HIGH for 2 minutes. Stir and heat for a further minute. Heating times may vary depending on the power of the microwave.  Do not microwave the can.
Stove Top: Shake well before opening. Pour into a saucepan. Stir whilst heating gently until hot. Do not allow the soup to Boil.
Serve hot on its own or with bread, toast, or your favourite side dish. Once opened, use immediately.
