Coles Peas & Carrots are a great staple to have in the pantry when you need to add something to a meal.

• No Artificial Colours and Flavours
• Sweet and Tender
• Ready to Use

Ingredients: 
Water, Peas (32%), Carrots (21%), Sugar, Salt.

Directions:
Stove Top:

1. Pour contents of the can into a saucepan.
2. Heat, stirring occasionally. Do not boil. 
3. Remove from heat, drain and serve. 

Microwave:

1. Pour contents of the can into a microwave safe dish. 
2. Cover and microwave on HIGH approximately 1 minute.
3. Stir, then heat for an additional minute or until hot.
4. Drain and serve.

Contraindications and cautions:
•    Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
•    Do not use if can is damaged.
•    Once opened consume within 1 day.
