Ingredients:
Whole Grain Oats, Nuts (Almonds 5%), Hazelnuts 2.5%, Pecans 1%), Seeds (Linseeds, Pepitas). 
Directions:
Empty one sachet into a bowl. Add hot water or milk and stir thoroughly. Allow to stand for a few minutes until the porridge reaches your preferred consistency. Stir again and enjoy warm. Add fresh fruit, yoghurt, seeds, or extra nuts if desired.
