Ingredients:    
Brown Rice (98%), Sunflower Oil, Vegetable Emulsifier (471).

Microwave Instructions:

1. Peel cup film back approximately 2 to 3 cm and place in the microwave.
2. Microwave* on HIGH for 40 seconds.
3. Remove from microwave and peel film off completely.
4. Fluff rice with a fork and serve piping hot.
