Ingredients: 
Wheat Flour, Sugar, Wheat Starch, Non-Fat Milk Solids, Maltodextrin (from Maize), Raising Agents (450, Sodium Bicarbonate), Thickener (1422 (from Maize)), Anticaking Agent (341), Salt.
Contains: Wheat, Gluten and Milk. 
May Contain: Walnut, Egg and Soy.

Easy Step Directions:

1. Preheat frying pan and grease well. Shake bottle to loosen dry mix.
2. Fill bottle with water to level indicated on this label. (1 ½ cups) Replace lid, turn bottle upside down and tap lid on bench to loosen mix. Shake bottle for 1 minute. 
3. Pour batter into frying pan to desired size. Cook over low to medium heat for 1-2 minutes or until golden brown.
4. Refrigerate any remaining batter for up to 3 days and shake bottle well before re-use.

Makes 15 (10-12cm) pancakes.
Handy Tip: Replace water with milk for a fluffier pancake.
Store unopened bottle in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.
