Ingredients:
Vegetables (64%) Tomatoes (47%), Carrots, Onion, Celery, Zucchini, Red Capsicum, Eggplant, Cabbage, Water, Red Lentils (5%), Quinoa, Pea Protein, Brown Sugar, Corn Starch, Navy Bean Powder, Yeast Extract, Salt, Vegetable Oil (Soy), Vinegar, Garlic Paste, Herbs (Including Basil), Spices. 
Contains: Soy. May Contain: Wheat, Gluten, Lupin, Sesame.

Directions:
Microwave Oven: (1000w): Shake well before opening. Pour pouch contents into a suitable microwave bowl and cover. Heat on HIGH for 1 minute. Stir and heat for a further minute. Heating times may vary depending on the power of the microwave.  Do not microwave the pouch.
Stove Top: Shake well before opening. Pour into a saucepan. Stir whilst heating gently until hot. Do not allow the soup to Boil.

Serve hot on its own or with bread, toast, or your favourite side dish. Once opened, use immediately.
