Ingredients: 
Wheat Flour, Sugar, Wheat Starch, Buttermilk Powder (5.7%), Maltodextrin (from Maize), Raising Agents (450, Sodium Bicarbonate), Non-Fat Milk Solids, Thickener (1422 (from Maize)), Anticaking Agent (341), Salt.
Contains: Wheat, Gluten and Milk. 
May Contain: Walnut, Egg and Soy.

Easy Step Directions:

1. Preheat frying pan and grease well.
2. Shake bottle to loosen dry mix.
3. Remove lid. (Do not discard lid). 
4. Fill bottle with water to level indicated on this label. Replace lid securely. Turn bottle upside down and tap lid on bench to loosen mix.
5. Shake bottle for 1 minute. 
6. Pour batter into frying pan to desired size. Cook over low to medium heat for 1-2 minutes or until golden brown.
7. Refrigerate any remaining batter for up to 3 days and shake bottle well before re-use.

Makes 12 (10-12cm) pancakes.
Handy Tip: Replace water with milk for a fluffier pancake.
Store unopened bottle in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.
