Ingredients:
Vegetables (45%) Tomatoes (30%), Onion, Carrots (2.6%), Green Beans, Potatoes, Celery, Zucchini, Cabbage, Water, Mixed Beans (13%) Chickpeas (7%), Red Kidney Beans, Red Lentil Pasta (8%), Barley, Corn Starch, Brown Sugar, Salt, Herbs (Including Oregano, Parsley), Yeast Extract, Red Wine Vinegar, Natural Flavour, Spice, Food Acid (330), Mineral Salt (509).

Directions:
Microwave Oven: (1000w): Shake well before opening. Pour pouch contents into a suitable microwave bowl and cover. Heat on HIGH for 1 minute. Stir and heat for a further minute. Heating times may vary depending on the power of the microwave.  Do not microwave the pouch.
Stove Top: Shake well before opening. Pour into a saucepan. Stir whilst heating gently until hot. Do not allow the soup to Boil.

Serve hot on its own or with bread, toast, or your favourite side dish. Once opened, use immediately.
