Ingredients:
Cooked long grain white rice (81%) (water, rice), vegetables (8%) (carrot, peas, spring onion, onion), vegetable oil, sugar, garlic, soy sauce, natural flavours (contains egg), salt, sesame oil (contains soy), emulsifier (soy lecithin), antioxidant (tocopherols). 

Directions:
Peel back the lid slightly. Microwave on high for 60–90 seconds or according to pack instructions. Carefully remove the cup from the microwave. Fluff the rice with a fork before serving. Serve as a side dish or with your favourite meal.
