Ingredients:
100% Uncle Tobys Whole Grain Rolled Oats. 
Directions:
Empty one sachet into a microwave-safe bowl. Add the recommended amount of water or milk. Stir thoroughly. Microwave on high for approximately 90 seconds to 2 minutes, stirring halfway through cooking. Allow to stand for 1 minute before serving. Adjust consistency with additional liquid if desired.
