Woolworths Arborio Risotto Rice is a short-grain rice ideal for creating creamy, restaurant-style risottos at home. Its high starch content gives dishes a rich, velvety texture while keeping the grains slightly firm (al dente). Perfect for classic Italian recipes or creative one-pot meals.

Ingredients :

1 cup Arborio rice. 4 cups broth (chicken/vegetable). Small onion (finely chopped). 2 tbsp olive oil or butter. ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese.Salt & pepper to taste

Directions:

1. Heat oil/butter, sauté onion until soft.
2. Add rice, stir 1–2 minutes.
3. Gradually add warm broth, stirring continuously.
4. Let liquid absorb before adding more.
5. Cook ~18–20 minutes until creamy and al dente.
6. Stir in cheese, season, and serve.

Caution:
Do not rinse rice (removes starch needed for creaminess). Stir consistently to prevent sticking
