Ingredients: 
Rice (74%), maltodextrin, vegetables (7%) onion, peas (1.5%), capsicum (1%), corn (1%), natural flavours (contain milk), soy sauce powder (1.5%) (wheat), flavour enhancers (621, 635), sugar, mineral salt (potassium chloride), salt, vegetable oil, chives. Contains: milk, soy, wheat, gluten. May contain: peanut, tree nuts, egg, sesame, fish, crustacean, lupin. No artificial colours or flavours.

Directions: 
For normal cooking: Bring 1 cup (310 mL) hot water in a medium saucepan, 1 tsp salt-reduced margarine and pack contents to the boil, continue stirring. Cover, reduce heat to low and simmer for 10 mins or until water is absorbed and rice is cooked. Remove the lid and stir for 5 mins before serving. Consume immediately after preparation.
