Preparation Instructions:
Stove Top:

• Pour 1/3 cup of oats into small saucepan and add ¾ cup of water.  For creamier porridge substitute water with skim milk.
• Bring to the boil and stir for 3-4 minutes until desired consistency is reached
• Remove from heat and allow to cool before serving.

Contraindications and cautions:

• Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
• Once opened store in an airtight container.
• Do not use if pack is damaged.
