Ingredients: 
Flour (Wheat), Salt, Sugar, Yeast.

Directions: 
Set up three shallow trays. Place 1 cup of plain flour in the first tray. Whisk 2 eggs & 1 tbsp milk together & place in tray 2. In the third tray, place your bread crumbs. One by one place the items to crumb into flour, roll to coat. Shake off excess flour & gently dip egg mix. Lift up, allow excess to drain before placing into bread crumbs. Place onto clean tray & into fridge for 15 min
