Ingredients:
Wheat Flour, Sugar, Baking Powder[Raising Agents (450, 500, 341, 339), Wheaten Cornflour (Wheat)],Canola Oil, Salt, Spices(Cinnamon, Coriander, Nutmeg, Cassia, Ginger, Cloves), Thickener (415).

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 180°C (160°C fan-forced).
2. Combine mix with eggs, milk, and oil or butter.
3. Stir until smooth and pour into a greased loaf tin.
4. Bake for 45–55 minutes or until cooked through.
5. Cool before slicing and serving.
