Ben's Original Fibre+ Beans, Garlic & Brown Microwave Rice is made with carefully with carefully selected brown rice and beans for a fibre boost. Prep and clean-up are a breeze with this microwaveable pouch, and since it heats up in just 60 seconds, you'll have a tasty meal for one in no time! Perfect as a snack or part of your lunch or dinnertime meal.

Ingredients:
Steamed Brown Rice 82%, Beans 11%, Onion, Vegetable Oil, Garlic 1.5%, Flavour, Salt, Processing Aid (contains Soy), Pepper.

Directions:
Microwave: Squeeze pouch to separate the rice. Tear a 2cm opening to vent. Heat for 60 seconds at 1000W*.
Pan: Add 30mL (2 tbsp) of water and contents of the pouch and heat. Stir rice until heated thoroughly. Serve immediately. 
Stir Fry Pan: Squeeze pouch to separate the rice. Add contents of the pouch. Heat for 1 minute.

*For different powered microwaves, adjust heating time to manufacturer’s instructions.

Contraindications and cautions:

• Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
• Do not use if pack is damaged.
• After opening, refrigerate unused portion, and use within 3 days.
