Coles Special Fried Microwave Rice 250g

Coles Special Fried Microwave Rice is a delicious blend of fried rice with egg, peas & carrots. A great snack on its own or a tasty side to any meal. Prep and clean-up are a breeze with this microwaveable pouch, and since it heats up in just 90 seconds, you’ll have a tasty meal in no time!

Ingredients:    
Cooked Long Grain White Rice (61%), Vegetables (16%) (Carrot, Peas, Onion, Garlic), Scrambled Egg (15%) [Egg, Water, Rice Bran Oil, Thickener (1422), Salt, Pepper], Water, Rice Bran Oil, Sugar, Soy Sauce (0.5%) (Soybean), Salt, Thickener (415), Yeast Extract, Pepper.

May Contain: Wheat, Milk, Sesame, Cashew, Crustacea, Fish, Tree Nuts, Gluten and Peanuts.
Contains: Egg and Soy.

Directions:
Microwave: Squeeze pouch to separate the rice. Tear a 2cm opening to vent. Heat for 90 seconds at 1000W*.
Pan: Add 30mL (2 tbsp) of water and contents of the pouch and heat. Stir rice until heated thoroughly. Serve immediately. 
Stir Fry Pan: Squeeze pouch to separate the rice. Add contents of the pouch. Heat for 2 minutes.

*For different powered microwaves, adjust heating time to manufacturer’s instructions.

Contraindications and cautions:

• Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
• Do not use if pack is damaged.
• After opening, refrigerate below 5°C unused portion, and use within 2 days.
