Patak's Tikka Masala Sauce is a rich and creamy Indian-style simmer sauce with a medium spice level, made with tomatoes, yoghurt, cream and a carefully balanced blend of aromatic spices. Inspired by the popular restaurant-style chicken tikka masala, this ready-to-use sauce makes it easy to create an authentic-tasting curry at home in around 20 minutes.

Ingredients:
Water, Tomatoes (15%), Yogurt (5%) (Milk, Milk Solids, Cultures), Concentrated Tomato Puree (4%), Vegetable Oil, Cream (Milk) (3%), Modified Maize Starch (1422), Ground Spices (2%) (Cumin (0.6%), Coriander (0.6%), Paprika (0.4%), Spices, Smoked Paprika (<0.1%), Dried Onion, Sugar, Garlic Puree, Ginger Puree, Salt, Acidity Regulator (Lactic Acid), Colour (Paprika Oleoresin), Cumin Seed (0.1%), Dried Coriander Leaves (<0.1%).

Directions:
Simply cook your choice of chicken, paneer or vegetables, stir through the sauce and simmer until heated through.
