Patak's Korma Sauce is a very mild, rich and creamy Indian-style curry sauce made with coconut, cream and a delicate blend of aromatic spices. Inspired by the traditional Korma curry, it delivers a smooth, mildly spiced flavour that is perfect for the whole family. Simply cook your choice of chicken, lamb, seafood or vegetables, add the sauce and simmer for around 20 minutes to create an authentic-tasting curry with minimal preparation.

Ingredients:
Water, Cream (Milk) (5%), Sugar, Desiccated Coconut (4%), Creamed Coconut (4%), Vegetable Oil, Modified Maize Starch (1422), Concentrated Tomato Puree, Ginger, Garlic, Ground Spices (1%) Spices, Cumin (0.3%), Fennel (0.1%), Turmeric (<0.1%), Dried Onion, Salt, Acidity Regulator (Lactic Acid), Concentrated Lemon Juice, Dried Coriander Leaves.

Directions:
Simply cook your choice of chicken, paneer or vegetables, stir through the sauce and simmer until heated through.
