Directions:
How: Add 30g (approximately 1 level scoop) to 200mL of water or your preferred beverage in a shaker and mix until dissolved.

When:

• Post-Workout: Consume within 30 minutes after exercise to optimize recovery.
• Pre-Workout: Use 60–90 minutes before exercise.
• Daily: Can be used on non-training days as a convenient protein top-up.

Contraindications and cautions:

• Store below 30°C in a cool and dry place.
• Not to be used as a total diet replacement.
• Discard contents 3 months after opening.
• Not suitable for children under 15 years of age or pregnant women.
• Should only be used under medical or dietetic supervision.
