Oats are 100% wholegrain, meaning they contain all three layers of the edible grain (the bran, endosperm, and germ). That means you benefit from all of their natural goodness!

Directions: 
Cooking Instructions:

1. Place 40g or 1/3 cup of Coles Quick oats into a large microwavable bowl. 
2. Add 175ml or 2/3 cup of water or skim milk. 
3. Microwave on HIGH for 2 minutes, stirring halfway through or as required. 
4. Allow to cool for at least 1 minute before eating. Microwave ovens will vary between brands.

Contraindications and cautions:

• Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
• Once opened, store in an airtight container.
• Do not use if packet is damaged.
