Ingredients:  
Wheat Starch, Sugar, Salt, Natural Colour (Annatto Extracts), Natural Vanilla Flavour.

Preparations: 
SIMMER:

1. Combine 2 level tablespoons (25g) of custard powder and 2 tablespoons (40g) of sugar in heavy base saucepan. Blend with sufficient milk (approx. 2 tablespoons) from 2 cups (500mL) to make a smooth paste. 
2. Gradually add remaining milk, whisking well until smooth. 
3. Slowly bring to the boil stirring continuously. Reduce heat and simmer for 1 minute or until thickened to desired consistency. (For thicker custard use 3 tablespoons of custard powder). 

MICROWAVE: 

1. Combine 2 level tablespoons (25g) of custard powder and 2 tablespoons of sugar (40g) in a microwave-safe bowl. From 2 cups of milk (500mL) blend approx. 2 tablespoons to make a smooth paste. 
2. Gradually add the remaining milk, whisking well until smooth. 
3. Place in microwave and cook as per times below, removing and whisking thoroughly after the first 2 minutes. 
4. Stir well before serving, taking care as container may be hot. (For thicker custard use 3 tablespoons of custard powder)

Contraindications and cautions:

• Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
• Once opened, store in an airtight container 
• Do not use if pack is damaged.
