Ingredients:
Water, Vegetables (24.5%) [Potato (8%), Celery (5%), Carrot (4%), Onion (4%), Zucchini (2%), Pumpkin (1%), Kale (0.5%)], Tomatoes (23%)(Food Acid (330)), Beans (6%)(Red Kidney, Borlotti, Navy), Tomato Paste, Sugar, Corn Starch, Maltodextrin, Salt, Herbs & Spice (Parsley, Basil), Yeast Extract, Dehydrated Garlic, Onion Powder, Vegetable Gum (415), Natural Flavour, Canola Oil.

May Contain: Wheat, Soy and Gluten.

How to Heat: 
Microwave:

1. Shake pouch well before use.
2. Tear open pouch approx. 2cm to 3cm and place standing up in the microwave.
3. Heat for 3 to 4 minutes or until hot.
4. Pour soup into a bowl and stir before serving.

CAUTION: Product will be hot. Take care when handling!

Stove:

1. Empty contents into saucepan 
2. Heat gently, stirring frequently until hot. Do not boil.

Contraindications and cautions:

• Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
• Once opened, refrigerate below 5°C and use within 2 days.
• Do not use if pack is damaged.
