Coles Classics Minestrone Soup is vegan friendly Minestrone soup with quinoa, tomato, basil and a hint of rosemary.

Ingredients:
Water, Tomatoes (20%) [Tomato, Citric Acid], Carrot (8%), Potato (8%), Onion (7%), Celery (5%), Tomato Paste, Cabbage, Zucchini, Quinoa (1.5%), Sugar, Garlic, Corn Starch, Salt, Kale, Herbs & Spice, Vegetable Powders, Yeast Extract, Vegetable Gum (415), Natural Flavour.

How to Heat: 
Microwave:

1. Shake pouch well before use.
2. Tear open pouch approx. 2cm to 3cm and place standing up in the microwave.
3. Heat for 3 to 4 minutes or until hot.
4. Pour soup into a bowl and stir before serving.

CAUTION: Product will be hot. Take care when handling!

Stove:

1. Empty contents into saucepan 
2. Heat gently, stirring frequently until hot. Do not boil.

Contraindications and cautions:

• Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
• Once opened, refrigerate any UNHEATED soup in a container and use within 2 days. 
• Do not use if pack is damaged.
