Ingredients:
Water, Pumpkin (23%), Potato, Cream (Milk) (4%), Onion, Carrot, Canola Oil, Celery, Corn Starch, Sugar, Salt, Garlic, Herbs & Spices, Vegetable Gum (415), Yeast Extract, Natural Flavour, Natural Colours (Turmeric & Paprika Oleoresin).

Contains: Milk.

How to Heat: 
Microwave:

1. Shake pouch well before use.
2. Tear open pouch approx. 2cm to 3cm and place standing up in the microwave.
3. Heat for 3 to 4 minutes or until hot.
4. Pour soup into a bowl and stir before serving.

CAUTION: Product will be hot. Take care when handling!

Stove:

1. Empty contents into saucepan 
2. Heat gently, stirring frequently until hot. Do not boil.

Contraindications and cautions:

• Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
• Once opened, refrigerate any UNHEATED soup in a container and use within 2 days. 
• Do not use if pack is damaged.
