Ingredients:  
Wheat Flour, Sugar, Icing Sugar [Sugar, Tapioca Starch or Maize Starch], Wheaten Cornflour (Wheat), Baking Powder [Raising Agents (450, 500, 341, 339), Wheaten Cornflour (Wheat)], Canola Oil, Tapioca Starch, Dextrose, Salt, Natural Vanilla Flavour (Milk).

Contains: Wheat, Milk and Gluten.

Preparations: Before you start, please prepare the following:
Cake: 

  • Coles Bake & Create Vanilla Flavoured Cake Mix 440g
  • 2/3 cup (150mL) Milk
  • 2 Large Eggs
  • 70g Unsalted Soft Butter

Icing:

  • 20mL Milk 
  • 40g Unsalted Soft Butter

Oven Instructions:

  1. Pre-heat oven to 180°C conventional /160°C fan forced. Lightly grease and line a 20cm x 7cm deep round cake pan. 
  2. Empty cake mix into a large bowl. 
  3. Add eggs, butter and milk. Using an electric mixer, beat the mixture on low speed until combined then 2 minutes on medium speed. 
  4. Pour into pan and bake for 40-45 minutes or until cooked when a skewer inserted into the centre comes out clean. 
  5. Stand for 5 minutes in the pan before inverting onto a rack to cool. 
  6. Place contents of the icing mix sachet into a small mixing bowl. Add butter and milk. Using an electric mixer, mix on low speed until ingredients are combined. Mix on medium speed for 1 minute.
  7. Spread prepared icing over the top of cooled cake.

Contraindications and cautions:

  • Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
  • Once opened, store in an airtight container 
  • Do not use if packets are damaged.
