Ingredients:    
Cooked Rice (98%) (Water, Brown Rice), Sunflower Oil, Stabiliser (471), Antioxidant (307b)

Directions:
Microwave: Squeeze pouch to separate the rice. Tear a 2cm opening to vent. Heat for 2 ½ minutes at 1000W*.
*For different powered microwaves, adjust heating time to manufacturer’s instructions.

Contraindications and cautions:

• Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
• Pouch and contents will be hot after heating.
• Do not use if pouch is damaged.
