Ingredients:
Cooked long grain white rice (80%) (water rice), vegetables (14%) (onion, carrot, tomato puree, capsicum), vegetable oil, sugar, salt, garlic, spices (turmeric, paprika, pepper, cumin, coriander), oregano, antioxidant (tocopherols). 

Directions:
Peel back the lid slightly. Microwave on high for 60–90 seconds or according to pack instructions. Carefully remove the cup from the microwave. Fluff the rice with a fork before serving. Serve as a side dish or with your favourite meal.
