All Blackmores fish oil is extracted from 100% wild caught small fish. The specialised extraction process ensures purified, high quality oil that is rigorously tested for mercury, dioxins and PCBs.

Active ingredients:
Concentrated omega-3 triglycerides-fish 1 g (1000 mg) containing omega-3 marine triglycerides 600 mg

• Eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) 100 mg
• Docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) 500 mg

No added yeast, gluten, wheat, milk derivatives or preservatives. No added artificial colours, sweeteners, surfactants, polysorbates.

Directions:
Adults – Take 1 capsule once a day with meals, or as professionally prescribed.

Children 1-17 years – Take 1 capsule a day (pierce and squeeze into milk, juice or cereal), or as professionally prescribed.

Children unable to swallow - Pierce the capsule, squeeze the content into milk, juice or cereal and consume immediately. Do not swallow whole.

Contraindications and cautions:

• Store below 30°C.
• Do not use if cap seal is broken.
• The capsule is a bovine (beef) derived gelatin and does not contain dairy.
• Contains fish, sulfites and soybean products.
• This product is not halal certified.
• High doses of fish oil (10 or more capsules per day) may increase the risk of bleeding with blood-thinning medications and should not be taken in the week before surgery.
• A clear, unprinted, oblong, soft gelatin capsule.
