Ingredients:
Uncle Tobys Whole Grain Rolled Oats (55%), Gluten ( Wheat ), Sugar, Skim Milk Powder, Natural Flavour. Contains Gluten, Wheat, Milk. May Contain Barley, Rye, Tree Nuts, Lupin. 
Directions:
Empty one sachet into a microwave-safe bowl. Add the recommended amount of water or milk. Stir thoroughly. Microwave on high for approximately 90 seconds to 2 minutes, stirring halfway through cooking. Let stand for 1 minute before serving. Add extra liquid if a thinner consistency is preferred.
