Coles Classics Coconut & Lentil Soup is a hearty, vegan friendly soup with coconut milk, lentils, chickpeas and a hint of ginger.

Ingredients:
Water, Coconut Milk (12%) [Coconut Milk Extract, Water, Antioxidant (Citric Acid)], Lentils (10%), Chickpeas (7%), Carrot (6%), Tomato Puree (Tomato, Acidity Regulator (Citric Acid)), Onion, Sugar, Corn Starch, Spices, Garlic, Ginger, Salt, Natural Flavour, Vegetable Gum (Xanthan Gum), Lime Juice Concentrate, Natural Colour (Turmeric).

May Contain: Wheat, Soy, Lupin and Gluten.

How to Heat: 
Microwave:

1. Shake pouch well before use.
2. Tear open pouch approx. 2cm to 3cm and place standing up in the microwave.
3. Heat for 3 to 4 minutes or until hot.
4. Pour soup into a bowl and stir before serving.

CAUTION: Product will be hot. Take care when handling!

Stove:

1. Empty contents into saucepan 
2. Heat gently, stirring frequently until hot. Do not boil.

Contraindications and cautions:

• Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
• Once opened, refrigerate any UNHEATED soup in a container below 5°C and use within 2 days.
• Do not use if pack is damaged.
